Of the two I know of in the NOLA area, the first initial of one owner is B and the other is C. Do you guys think this is B's or C's?

Well, Cy and S49 confirmed it isn't theirs. S9er, you bring up a good point, my F40 is still in post-Katrina storage with my mother-in-law; perhaps she's selling to pay her homeowner's insurance!

Per the thread I posted earlier the deal appears to be done and I assume Tool's client is not in the NOLA area, correct? For those in the know, was this a long time local car or one just passing thru as it sought a new caretaker? Either way, I sure wish I was the end-user.

The car has been in the area for about 4 years.

Shucks, it hurts even more to hear that it is/was a local car. Is it being sold to acquire something even more special?

Hell no. I demand an F50, no less.

I think somebody would have to kill somebody for somebody to give that car away to somebody. :)

I don't know the car but I did "spot" it once during my 7 month exile in Houma post Katrina. Winning bid was $30.6k, congrats to the new caretaker.

Did you notice this link in the ad...

They sold the F-car to help finance a new show called Speedzone...

That was me that bought the Houma car. I've been having a ball with it. I'm in Hammond.

The final price was $32K, he just stopped the auction early, as we spoke a few times, knew I had the money, and didn't want to be hassled with selling it out of state. He even drove it up to my house and delivered it to me.
