    Interesting the fact of:

all F-Chat members politely praise Napolis' creation

while the rest of the internet all over the WEB (non F-chat) seems to bash it mercilessly

    WHY ?

Simple: They're jealous that they don't have a person cool enough to think outside the box on their current model supercar. AND pull it off.

    Jim,

That looks fantastic. It totally works with the shape of the opening that the exhaust comes up through. Just stunning. Thanks again for sharing.

That's the NYS license plate. The number on the side is from the Historic Targa Florio a few weeks ago.

I'm glad you modified the tips, Mr. G...........

It was "an uneasy detail", as we were taught to say in design school.....or maybe it just reminded me of a steamship! ;)

    *wooooot ..wooooooot!*

    New ones are great!

As to the question of the site here vs. the rest of the World, I think you'll find most here 'understand' the enormity of what he's accomplished...

YOU go out into the Shop and build a working automobile, capable of these levels of performance, and you'll see what I mean....the people who can accomplish this are very few and far between actually....

Sorry, I was looking right below that. I looked a bit closer and saw it was a light.

I cant imagine hearing anyone talk bad about such a true supercar...but then again they're probably the ones that dont really know what a supercar is...

In the end the best part of this car is the engineering that Pininfarina did.
The car really works. The increased AC is fantastic, the weight reduction is something you can feel, the new tires and wheels really help turn in and traction and need much less electronic intervention, you can feel the doubled down force, the PS 2's are great in the rain, the outward vision is much better, the increased engine cooling is fantastic, the shortened overhangs make the car much more usable on the street. The Enzo is six years old so it's not surprising that great engineers could accomplish this but now that we have 4000 hard miles on her I can say that she's everything I had hoped she'd be and in the end that's all that really matters.

Are you going to ceramic coat the new exhaust the same way you had the old ones?

    They look awesome... :D

Jim, not to mention your car's looks far exceed the Enzo's.

The new exhaust tips are going to look amazing. They fit the exit much better than the previous ones, very nice look. Is the rain light the exact same that Ferrari is using on the F1 cars? or is it just the same idea as the F1 cars?

I think you should! The previous looked stunning - it was only the shape that people seemed have mixed feelings about. The new ones, done in ceramic, will look great :)
