To be honest, this is the reason I have "lived" with Rogers until now. I have had some bad experiences with competitors in the past, but nothing even CLOSE to the complete lack of customer service at rogers in this day and age. I can no longer live with myself paying this company SEVERAL hundred dollars a month for combined services, when in return I am treated like crap. I'll take my chances switching to a competitor or simply do without some of the channels and features I never use anyway but rogers has slowly over the years incrementally added to my service and monthly bill.

2 hours and 34 effing minutes and still on hold... still waiting...

well I should have predicted this. after 2 HOURS AND FIFTY MINUTES ON HOLD, ROGERS' HOLD SYSTEM DISCONNECTED ME. Just dropped the connection. Truly and utterly asinine. It's criminal in fact. Off to Telus to see if I can switch to them before the day is over.

    Wow, that sucks.

Telus? Well if you are in Richmond Hill or Etobicoke let me know. A client of mine owns a Telus store in both those areas.

    Either way good luck!

Hey man- thanks for the offer. Luckily, there is a Telus branch about 50 yards from my place. Switched my cell phone over in about 1 hour - they just yanked my existing number from Rogers. Now I get to wait for the rogers rep to call me and ask for the business back. Poor sap, he's gonna wish he never dialed my number.

Next time, when your call Rogers (1-888‑764‑3771), Say "Customer Service" three times.

Also, this is a good site for everyone to have bookmarked:

Just stop and say "hi" to my peeps with a little bit of gloating.

I've been consumed with work and managed to find some spare time to play with some cars this summer. Most of my FB friends know what I've been up to, but couldn't resist more self-promotion.

Last week, I drove the R8. But not on the street, just on the track.

B-Mak, in your opinion, is it worth the $180,000 ?

    BTW, nice t-shirt!

$180? Definitely not. $130? Perhaps. The number I was told for that R-Tronic car was $150. It is certainly better than the C4S we were driving that day.

That shirt gets all kinds of attention everywhere it goes. All the moms want their pictures taken with me.
