    You'll have to break the bead on the tire to replace the valve -- I expect it has a nut and washer on the inside, too.

    Question is more: can I use 14 mm socket to '' unscrew'' valve from rim, and I would replace it with valve from spare tire ( looks the same). The valve as is now, prevents me from filling the tire with air...

    In a tubeless tire, the tire valve has to be inserted/removed from the rim after the tire is removed. l don't believe there is anyway to remove a tire valve and install a new one with the tire on the rim unless there are new types of tools/tire valves than I have ever seen.

    All you need to do is break the bead on the valve side and unscrew the nut from the top. Then push the valve stem into the rim and remove it. Insert the new or replacement valve stem and pull it through. There is no nut on the inside , it only has a rubber seal. If you do it this way you do not have to rebalance the wheel. The other option is take it to a tire dealer and they will pull the tire , replace the valve stem and reinstall/rebalance the tire.
