Hi Looking in TOM post, this pic I see different sponsor from Carrera Panamericana The pic show th 375/340 MM (0322AM) drived by Mancini - Serena at IV Carrera Panamericana 1953 (4th), but this car was always with "Cartiere RICCI" sponsor but with this new pic has a diferrent sponsor "Tequila Sauza" Any one can explain more about this? Isn't Panam Race? was different sponsor beguin or end race? Thanks a lot Joan Albert Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
You mean the attached one? The question was and still is: What is the origin of this logo? Lorenzo Bandini often had it on his race overall. See http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=294633 Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes, thats it. I have a few photos of it from the early 1950's. Not sure where it started yet. Tom Tanner/Ferrari Expo 2011-Chicago April 2011

What an amazing thread, and I have yet to work my way through all of it ! I'll be honest I don't really know where this fits into the cannon for Ferrari's amongst true Tiffosi. On the basis that this vehicle which I believe is one of the David Piper assembled Continuation 330 P4 #0900 chassis that looks like and smells like a Ferrari I'll let this one fly in the hope no one gets too offended by a vehicle with no race history. The photo was taken at Silverstone British GP meeting 17 07 81. There are a couple more pics of it on the blog, page details below :- http://psychoontyres.blogspot.com/2010/12/continuation-edition-ferrari-p4-0900.html Cheers Art Tidesco Image Unavailable, Please Login
