I can certainly understand why you are having trouble finding info on your 428ts. You typed it in the title and text of the post as well as in your profile. How is this possible? How could someone have no idea what car they have but be interested enough to want to jack it up and look into the electrical system?

CUT ME SOME SLACK IT WAS A TYPE-O - I HAVE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR A FEW DAYS.

I COMPLETELY REBUILT THE XK120M ENGINE AND CAN FIX MOST MACHINERY +
FLEW MY OWN MU2, MOONY AND AERO-COMMANDER

THIS CAR WAS ON MY BUCKET LIST - I WANT TO ADJUST THE PARKING BREAK -
NEED TO PULL REAR WHEELS TO MAKE ADJUSTMENT OR CHANGE PADS IF NECESSARY.

WHEN I DO NOT KNOW I LOOK FOR AN ANSWER - THAT'S WHAT TECHNICAL TYPES
DO. WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE FOR JACKING UP THE 348TS ????

WHERE CAN I GET A 348TS SHOP REPAIR MANUAL.

When you figure out what car it is look in the appropriate section here and/or your owners manual and/or All Ferraris

You'll find most questions have been asked before so its always worth looking first

Now that makes more sense. The link posted by greyboxer has all the manuals you need or ever were printed. When it comes to the rear of a 348 the typical, nonofficial, jacking point is the subframe but not the middle. Use 2 jacks, one on each corner of the subframe. You can see an example here: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/348-355-sponsored-bradan/167938-348-jack-points.html
There is also lots of helpful info here: My Ferrari 348

    Let's try this again.

Welcome to FerrariChat, and welcome to the 348 Brotherhood Bob.

Don't be put off by the fellas busting your balls, they where just having a little fun. It's really pretty friendly around here, and they were just doing it in good fun.

    Now.

If you go to the 348/355 section at the top of the section there are some thread stickies, a couple of which are parts interchanges, and DIY. There is loads of stuff in there. Also if you run a search of the archives you will be surprised at the amount of stuff you can find for the 348. Case in point, I just did a search and the first thing that popped up was this fantastic thread by whyte http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/348-355-sponsored-bradan/444999-348-motronic-2-7-diagnostics-motherlode.html?highlight=348+wiring+diagram
