Thanks Mark. Its from above that you really see how beautiful the Lusso really is. For me along with the SWB (only street version) the most beautiful Ferrari that were built- full stop. No 275 GTB. No GTO. Of the closed cars it is the Lusso and the SWB. Nothing else. E
Edmond, the one that does it for me is the shot in Post 5 of this thread. It's like a perfect T&A shot in Playboy. john
Hi gentlemen...can you help me to identify the Lusso drived by P. Pappalardo in France last week : silver grey, with license plate ME ON 135 H ? Thank you very much !
Hello all I am still working on a 250 Lusso and while waiting on some rear springs to be made up, and some new back boxes too, I took a closer look at the front suspension, I was wondering if there is a source for the front wishbone shims as to re shim the front end is quite an expensive exercise, also the blower assembles mounted in the front inner wings are pretty much seized, is there a source for suitable motor assemblies, Astons of the same period used a similar unit, any ideas anyone, if anyone wants rear springs and back boxes for a GTL drop me a line as a reputable company are copying the original rear springs and are having to grind the steel to the correct thickness in the process while a pair of original ansa back box are being copied elsewhere by a company that have made them for me before, thanks again Bill. Sorry this was supposed to be a new post.
Absolutely gorgeous! That is the best Lusso color in my opinion. I would love to do a photoshoot with this Lusso and the light blue 4 cam. Any plans to bring the Lusso to Europe soon?
No plans at the moment but it sounds like a great idea! My 4 cam was originally blue, I will turn it back to blue at some point. Please see Marcel's thread. This is my car is that right Marcel? http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/united-kingdom/266660-unknown-lhd-275-gtb-4-uk-plates.html
Yes, correct, 10949. Originally Blu 20-A-185. @Edmond: 10949 is the 4-cam built right after 10943. Marcel Massini
Marcel, what can you tell us about this one seen in elkhart lake (Photo by jmlinmn ). Image Unavailable, Please Login
Not sure why my account is not allowed to embed photos, but whatever. Here's a link to a beautiful blue Lusso:
I was thinking blue was overdone with Lussos, but looking at this photo, I can see why it's such a popular color--and this appears to be a first rate paintjob too. john
