When I brought my 400i home in 1998, it had spent its entire life in Texas and southern California. I doubt that the heater valves had ever been opened more than a handful of times. Naturally we needed to replace the broken and stuck levers but the valve itself was fine.

Came out of California. one tiny rust spot around park light. If I remember. Brett sure is doing a beautiful job. Lots of stuff to do on an old car. Things just get old😞

Heater valve is for the 365. It bolts to the rear of the LH club. Head. Valve came in. Wrong😞. Back to the start line. Again. These last little bits are tough

Outstanding! Just wait until the engine gets broken in and then for the first time you do the 3-4 shift at 6800 RPM.
