    Fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, fried shrimp in Savannah.

    Lentils with garlic, onion powder, diced tomatoes, homemade lamb broth, and berbere.
    Chucked in a few dried chili peppers. Had a bit more reducing to go after this pic. Very tasty.

    I have to tell you that the photo does not do justice to this chili that my wife made. It was absolutely delicious. This was the best tasting she had ever made. I asked her what did she do. Her answer was like what my mother used to tell me, "I don't know, I just make it"! :D

    Understand about the snow. Snowing now and all next week. This afternoon supposed to get light snow and it’s dumping.

    I had a big lunch at a chain restaurant here called White Spot. Beef dip with endless fries. Two helpings of fries. Left my phone in the truck because lunch was with several people.

    We are pretty much only eating one meal a day lately, so while this looks like a breakfast, it was our afternoon dinner…

    Roasted Sweet Potato Hash with homemade Chorizo and poached eggs. Yummy.

    (As you may suspect, I used a “B cup” for the eggs ;) )
