I was looking back at photos of the Folly GP in downtown Kansas City back in the 80's and this one particular car has always stumped me. No matter how many reverse image searches I do I've never been able to find it. It had Reddit stumped too, so I figured I'd come to the experts. First time posting here, so apologies if the formatting is a little off.

If you are speaking about the red Scaglietti spyder with #4, I would say 0636MDTR…

Car in pic 3 is 250 GTO (Series II) 5575GT, then owned by Bob Donner.
Car pic 4,5 is 250 TR 0756TR, then owned by Lou Sellyei.

Makes sense that Bob Sutherland would be there at that time with 0636MDTR.

The 500 F2 would be Bob Sutherland’s. I believe the GT40 in the first photo was Tom Congleton’s and the Porsche 906 was Mark Defriece’s.
