    There was a local patisserie that made a great walnut caramel tart, but they closed. So I finally decided to try it myself.

    I found this recipe, and it worked though I did add salt to the dough and filling, would add a bit of vanilla, and might think about replacing some of the sugar with dark maple syrup. And I had to go longer on the recommended cooking times in the recipe.
