Just sold my Lambo 350gt and am looking for a fun fast track car. It seems that for some more intense track work there is little point and much expense in a street car. The lotus 211 seems like what is needed, but maybe an exige s is already intense enough and a bit less expensive. Or ,maybee if its not street legal anyway a radical sr3 is the way to go, but that seems like it is very intense, and after 2 skip barber courses and a number of track/lapping days there is still much to learn.

Or maybe a older stripped out 911 or worked over 308gt4. Looked a 355 callenge, but if these babies go wrong(easy on a 10 yo raced tracked car.) then it can add up pretty quick. So the 211 seems ideal except at 72k it seems a lot of $$$ for what it is, and maybee there are better alternatives.

    What say YE.

Ariel Atom? That's probably what I'd take. You can get them plated for use on the street too.

Here is a recent thread on the 2-11. It sounds like a great track car in terms of both feel and performance plus it has a pretty robust engine that should take many tens of thousands of miles of thrashing!

    Good luck making the decision!
