Does anyone have any experience with property development? i have some waterfront property in costa rica that i am looking to build some homes (and eventually move to after the dems take over in '04 and complete the socialist conversion). i have an option on the property and know my land acquisition costs, construction costs, etc. after acquiring the land, i plan on building two spec homes on the property (one for myself and the other as a model) and then selling the reminder of the 14 on a build to order basis. i'm looking for an example or actual spreadsheet/analystis, development plan to guide me as an example so that i may lay everything out. thx.
