Enhancement #8: new post redirect process

When you post a new message, you get a "Thank You" page and an automatic redirect back to the thread. That works well. But if I want to return to the thread list and click "Back" I get a "page expired" and have to reload. No problem, just click the thread link at the top, right? That means I have to scroll up or down to get to a link that will return me to the thread list instead of a simple back.

Scrolling and clicking is just too slow for keyboard-driven folks like myself. I like pressing the Backspace key to return, quick & easy. Any way to get the speed back?
