Ferrari Club of America - New England Region

Courtesy of Ferrari Maserati North America, MEMBERS OF THE FERRARI CLUB OF AMERICA (all regions) arriving with a Ferrari or a Maserati on Friday and/or Saturday, the 9th and 10th, will be admitted for FREE.

YOU MUST REGISTER BEFOREHAND! If we have at least 30 cars registered, we will have a corral set up in a nice display area in the SUNOCO Paddock; otherwise, we will park the cars on top of the hill in our special Corral Area.

All registered participants will also get an opportunity for some free PARADE LAPS AROUND THE TRACK at lunch time on both Friday and Saturday.

Furthermore, as another special gesture from Ferrari Maserati North America, hospitality packages are available at discount. THESE DISCOUNTED PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE TO PRE-REGISTERED MEMBERS!!! For breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday, instead of $85/person/per day, the discounted price will be $65, and the big dinner party at the track on Friday night, with a live band, will be only $50 instead of $65. Best of all, you can get the full hospitality package for $150 (breakfast and lunch both days, and dinner on Friday).

Lastly, every participant will also receive 2 memorabilia posters (360 Challenge and Shell Historic Challenge). Sounds like a pretty darn good deal to me!

TO REGISTER: send an email to me at [email protected] (NOT a PM, please) with your name, phone number, address, car information, the days you'll be attending, and whether you'd like hospitality packages (you'll be contacted later for payment details).

The FCA/NER will also have an information booth set up to answer questions and also handle sales of our complete line of really quite nifty FCA/NER regalia; come look for us set up in the infield (the "A" paddock area), where several of us will have our racing trailers parked together.

Note that if you would like to participate in actual driving sessions spread out over all THREE days (both Sport and Touring sessions), you will still need to purchase packages. If you've fantasized about driving your car on a racetrack, this is a great opportunity, for newbies and grizzled veterans alike. Complete packages can be purchased through your Ferrari / Maserati dealership, which will provide THREE days of driving (alternating sessions with the racers), trackside support, and full hospitality (awesome food!). For more information, please contact Nick Scelsi ([email protected]) at Ferrari Maserati of New England (617-559-0123), or Werner Pfister ([email protected]) at Miller Motorcars (203-629-3890).

As my company is a sponsor of the Ferrari Challenge race series, I partook of the Ferrari hospitality tent 2 events ago at Road Atlanta. Let me say that the Ferrari North America crew certainly puts out a grend spread for breakfast and lunch! Pastries, fresh fruit, expresso, italian cold cuts... the list went on and on. Plus, it's nice to have the ability to duck into the tent for some shade and a cool drink instead of baking in the sun all day. Certainly worth doing IMHO.

At the event, please stop by the sponsors' "village" to take a look at the displays from Bose corporation (in-car-theater demonstration of the Quattroporte sound system), Piaggio Aero, Pirelli, Girard-Perregeaux, and of course FMNA.
