It's real, he's a local guy. I wasn't sure it was his until I saw the bucking bronco horse on the back. He drives the wheels off of it, it's very modified and very fast.
Cool I was browsing another forum and this picture came up and they were saying it was fake. Didn't think it was but I thought I remember seeing it here so I thought I would ask. Thanks, Pat
Can anyone post some more pictures of THIS F40? My brother is a cyclist and he doesn't beleive its a real F40 because he said that the bike he has is a cheap Japanese bike instead of a nice Italian one... loll!!!
Thats a nice bike! looks like it has dua-ace groupset(japanies). I think its a cannondale frame(US made(they say!)) and kysrium SL wheels(france made) very nice bike, cost you abit. nice car also.
The bike is a Cannondale which is made in the US. The duct is not closed. That is race tape. Believe me, it's a real F40.
It's a black knob with a big red spider And yes it's real, that car OWNS the Virginia City Hillclimb.
I totally believe you on this being a real F40. I was trying to squash some rumors on another board that it wasn't a kit but in fact the real Mcoy. Thanks for helping me answer some questions on it.
If they still don't beleive you, point out the bucking horse in the back and maybee try to find some more pictures of the same F40.
It hasn't got the "F40" indent on the side of the rear wing. I can see the wing is not standard but I thought only the middle part would be replaced while the sides are an integral part of the rear hatch.
