Hi all Do many people get stopped by police for sound of their exhaust when a tubi is fitted?? anyone have a tubi on a Testarossa??
Iam sure people have been stopped/pulled because of the noise as is doesnt reflect the speed you are doing.. Driving along with a Tubi (or any sports exhaust) at 30/40mph feels, looks and sounds 'alot' faster than it actually is. Jaz.
Doubt it, unless you were acting in an antisocial manner and perhaps the subject of a complaint by an agrieved local resident... Technically however, a Tubi silencer is illegal according to the letter of the law. My 355 has a Tubi silencer only, and will troll along in 6th at 30 with just a gentle rumble which I cannot imagine would bother anyone.
