Who ya got ? I think the Heels will be a Slight Favorite over Illinois. Their Frontcourt is FEROCIOUS !!! The Illini Backcourt is EXCELLENT !!! Should be a Helluva Game !
Just to be the contrarian I will say that the Illini win. Aside from their single loss this year, they steamrolled most good teams this year. Michigan State gave UNC a run in their game yesterday. But don't listen to me, I picked the Cardinals in five last October.
It will be a good game, and the Illini will be ready. They play best when they have a chip on their shoulder, and being the underdog in this game, after being #1 for the past 16 or so weeks, will give them the motivation to play. They've been waiting for this game all season. But what do I know, I'm only in the 100th percentile of the ESPN bracket challenge (top 1000), and won my local pool before this weekend even tipped. EDIT: The game tips at 9:21 EDT tonight.
I.L.L I.N.I!!!!!!! I picked 3of the 4 final four teams in my bracket! Had IL, UNC, Mich St., and Wake. Obviously I got screwed by wake. I have IL winning it all, and hopefully they will. I'll win the bracket if we can pull it off tonight! $320 right where it belongs.......my pocket. J

You got Lucky !!! I had UNC vs Arizona for the Championship. The Cats were Kicking the Illini's but for 37 Minutes !!! They played "Not to Lose", became very Tentative down the Stretch, Stopped pounding the Ball inside & CHOKED !!!
Carolina is so good they get screwed by the refs and still win! AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA! RETURN TO GLORY! Fin
They didnt get screwed by the refs, sean may travelled like 10 times and they never called it. There were some bs calls but thats expected, there was no screwing over by the refs.
That was quite the game. Needless to say, I'm devastated. I'm not going to blame the refs, since Illinois couldn't hit the broad side of a barn during the first half, but May continually dropped his shoulder into his defender (read: CHARGE!). Call that twice during the starting minutes of the game, and the outcome would have been different. Being the perpetual Cubs fan, I'd like to say wait until next year, but we're losing a lot of good players. D'Oh.
