I realize that this is a little bit south of the DFW area, but . . . red 308 about 7:50 pm tonight in Waco, westbound on Lake Shore approaching Hillcrest. Wonder who?

Royal Blue Elise flyin' down Oaklawn. Such a sweet car.

Also...I got a shock tonight. I was out in Azle (northwest of Ft. Worth) and I saw a red Testarossa!!! It was headed north on FM 730 out of Azle. I know there is some serious money around Eagle Mountain Lake...but.....I never expected to see a Ferrari of any kind, let alone a TR. Made my night. *smile*

That may have been Jason Miller, the Azle/Eagle Mtn. Lake area is his stomping grounds.

You know...I did think of him. However...the driver looked blonde. I could be mistaken, tho. I have met Jason once (at the Exotic Car Night at Carson's Live here a couple of months back).....so yea...but that would be really cool if it was him. Jason? any thoughts?

I hate to post "2nd hand" spottings but this one is worth mentioning... A good friend of mine spotted a red Testarossa convertible near Great Southwest Parkway and I20 yesterday. I grilled him and asked him a hundred questions and showed him pics of 348 spiders and 355 spiders, and he insists that it was a Testarossa convertible. I also know he can tell the difference between a kit car and a real Testarossa, so as crazy as it sounds, I believe him!

Hopefully and im praying...i will be able to go down to LoD tom. Will post pics on a new thread in the texas section regarding it, if it is okay with the moderators...

On news they just showed gas station security camera footage of a yellow 1977 308 GTB catching fire. They briefly interviewed the guy and in the background was a burned/totalled fcar.

Two 360 spiders: 1 black with top down, shields, and rear CS grill in our parking lot; 1 red with top up parked on Oaklawn in front of a restaurant.

Also, the orange Gallardo showed up again at the contractor's office across the street. Also, yellow Carrera GT in the Porsche showroom, along with a blue Lotus Elise on the pre-owned lot.

Dad mentioned a while back that he saw a Ferrari "that looked wierd" over by the Flying Pig in downtown Lewisville.

I saw it today -- a red 308 replica based on what looked like a Mitsubishi 3000GT, complete with side window louvers, SF shields, and lamborossa-style taillights.

I'm going to have to get a pic when I get a new camera :D

Real sighting: Red 360 coupe headed west on 121 just outside the airport

What a span of 5 minutes for spotting! I was on the Tollway, headed north, at about 7:15 when I spotted, in succession: 1 Silver 360 Spider (top down); right behind it, 1 Black 360 Spider (top up); then just a couple minutes later, 1 white Maserati Coupe; and no more than 30 seconds after that, another black 360 (coupe this time).......all of them headed south. Wonder where they were all going. Ah well....good spotting. :)
