This gives rise to a sentimental favorite quote I've saved for a special occasion. It is particularly applicable to Roland, PeterS and 'Napolis for different reasons. If anyone feels excluded from that short list, I apologize. The quote is from a CarToons magazine, probably from 1971 or '72. Just hope it's safe and sound somewhere in Stashville at my folk's place, as I kept it and a few other treasures with my Father's early, and I do mean early Hot Rod Magazines. There was a kid who was sharp as a tack - built himself a rocket - the whole multi-panel 'Toon was "narrated" by rhyme - his neighbor was an old lady... "There ain't nothin' that boy can't do" said Emma Mutts, age eighty-two.
That's your new track car Aaron? Congrats.....very nice =) BTW sorry, I forgot to invite you to a cruise yesterday, next time I won't. Here some pics from yesterday: http://www.efiunlimited.com/forum/showthread.php?p=25650
Hey, Roland- thanks for the kind words with my wife, Mary, and my dog, Togo, this am in front on the Jerome before everyone left for Independence; sorry I had to be at work next door in Growmass. Your friendly chat did wonders for my F car crusade. (I have no idea what the city streets guys were thinkin'; they never wash down Main Street after 7:00?) Is there a 348 or 355 in our future? ah, back to work!%$#;p.s. SUPER addition to your stable!
dont tell him its nice.. its my car ... haha I guess I will just stick with the girls, and let Roland claim my cars I got home a bit ago from the FFFTour 2005, and it was amazing.. wait till you see some of the pictures !!! And special thanks to Vic and Wife, for having us at there house for lunch, that had to be the most amazing house I have seen to date in my life!! -a
So she has NEW seats , as I needed to add another so I could take people around the track as well.. The passenger seat was a 5 hour project.. Roland spent some time on modifing my roll cage, as it was built for Speed GT series racing, and not really needed for track events, etc.. As she sits now, she is rteady for all the tracking that can be thrown at her.. she will get her fluids changed on Wed, before we take off to St. Lous. -a Image Unavailable, Please Login
