MAN! my wheels look like low rider wheels after seeing David's 360s! Def going with 16s after the current rubber wears out.

I put the Larini on mine, overall disappointed with the fit and sound but am VERY pleased in the, I won't quite say huge, but will say decided increase in performance. I guess I was losing power with the hole in the old exhaust, not now. It's almost like a new car, not quite the before/after with Pantera but still a noticeable increase in power, more umph. Noticed it right off the first time I put it in gear and pulled away. I thought, hey, now THAT'S different; didn't feeel that way before. I'll start a new thread in the Classic section with pics, sound file, etc.

Those are the original lights, I just put the Cibie covers on them to protect them from stone chips (and because it looks pretty cool). I got them on the internet for about $14. I have the details somewhere if you want.

    good idea.
To me, driving lights would be more useful than passing lights. Driving lights came with my TR8 and they definitely make a diff. I NEVER use the 308 passing lights. I believe I recall seeing a post sometime about a euro 308 user rewiring his to use as driving lights.

My PIAAS are what I use for my headlamps alone. I have them wired with part of the stalk switch but can be used with or without the stock headlamps up. They are about 100 times better than the stock units and I think the car looks way cooler without the aerodynamic rollover flaps popping up. ;-)

    Hey gang,

First off, happy holidays to all -- be well, be happy. 308s are making me crazy. Rachel is bugging me for a roomie. The blown truck interests her - NOT!!! So, there is this 79 GTS - totally gone over by Kevork (Los Angeles) and quite nice at that. If I go for it, I'll post approriate photos (minus the screaming naked girls) for you all to critique.

In this new year (2006), Patpong - - I must see you folks - - What's a good time of year to do this? I'm now retired so i can make my own timtable.
Oh, by the way, the little box that I promised you months ago - - - it's still going to arrive. I KNOW, I'M REALLY LATE - - but this is really good stuff:)

Happy & healthy holidays to you all,
    Hank

Hank, there is nothing wrong with owning a Mondial and a 308. Make sure you keep enough room for a V12 2+2 in there too...
