    From Saturday's practice session.

Lot's of Boss Mustangs (the ex Peter Revson, Parnelli Jones, George Follmer cars were there), Penske Camaro, Gurney's Bud Moore Cougar, Revson & Gurney Javelins, Gurney's AAR 'Cuda, Sam Posey's Challenger T/A, several Shelby prepped '67 Mustang coupes....

After the Trans Am cars came off the track the owner of the Sam Posey Challenger asked the kids if they would like to climb in. They all ran up to the car trying to be the first one in.

    Here are a few pics:

I think they had some Italian cars there as well....I remember a bunch of red things following the Cobras and GT350s.

I love the shot of the Webster Special's engine.
I've got one from the other side, a bit higher. It was tough to walk by that car without sunglasses.

    Thanks for posting those.

Did you happen to get any shots of the IMSA Monzas or McLarens?
(sorry guys, Chevy Monzas not Ferraris).

Great pics, you guys! I really wanted to attend the Classic this year, but other things got in the way... Perhaps next year.

I'm definitely planning on heading to Laguna the weekend before the Monterey Historics for the "pre-Historics" - no admission, free range of the paddock area, and about 70-80% of the cars attending the next weekend will already be there (or so I was told)...
