This looks very similar to the Discovery Channel special "Extreme Martial Arts." Very cool stuff, nice job. I can't wait until it airs.
Same sort of concept, but I like this trailer a lot better than that show. That show was their to promote "XMA". This show has all sorts of martial artists present.
I stopped competing in tournaments hwen XMA started catching on a long time ago. I don't mind it, but it's not my thing. I prefer the more traditional, more purposeful martial arts.
Why is there always one buff white dude who doesn't where a top? "Ok, dude, you're huge and you can flex your giant pectoral muscles, now put a shirt on."
I agree. I think it has more akin to gymnastics, baton twirling and cheerleadering. Imho, it the competitors look really stiff and not graceful at all. I would rather see a wushu demonstration.
