Don't miss it. I haven't laughed this hard since DumbnDumber.
Is it really that good? It looks like it might be funny. But watching Will Ferrell act like an idiot all the time is getting old, fast. Just like Jim Carrey. It's to the point where anytime I see Will on the TV, I'm tempted to change the channel.
just got back from seeing it. it's funny, but I didn't die laughing. I got some great quotes out of it, though. just wait for the Big Red gum advertisement. Absolutely out-of-the-blue hilarious.
lol the old man had me crackin up every time. Best was the cocaine under the car..."I called the cops" lmao
Movie was really weak. Worst Will Ferrell movie ever. I need to watch Anchorman again just cleanse myself. Ok, it wasn't horrible, but it just wasn't that funny. I would not recommend it. Maybe it's worth a rental, but barely.
If off to see it at 9:20, hope its as good as it seems. Anybody see the special "Lary King Live show" with Will Ferrell and John C Reily in character as Ricky bobby and Cal! was damn amusing.
Went last night. GOT a bunch of Belly LAughs, Good movie. French, Gay Perrier sponsored F1 driver PERFECT
I thought it was decently funny, compared to other movies Will Ferrell has done. I just got back from seeing it..
I'm sorry, it wasnt that funny. I laughed a couple times, but I found myself wondering "what the fck" for the most part. I love Will Ferrel, Anchorman is one of my favorite movies, this one just wasnt doing it for me. One thing I did find funny though, but nobody else really did.... "What did it win the Academy Award for?" "Being the best movie ever made" Just the way he said it cracked me up
It was funny, but not amazing by any means.... It was no anchorman! In the end i thought it was worth the price of admission... $4.50
its $6.00 for a movie around here, but anyways the movie was pretty funny. i will probably get the dvd when it comes out.
Didn't like Anchorman and really didn't like Talladega Nights. I thought it was going to be really funny based off of the subject and the ads on tv as well. We even had a few beers before going to see it. Best it gave me was a few smirks... and it did seem to drag on. We watched RV the next night on DVD and I found that a lot more amusing.
I had high hopes for the movie, especially being a NASCAR fan and after hearing the reviews. Somehow, it just left me flat. It was OK, but not rolling-in-the-aisles funny. I will admit to laughing out loud at the Donna Summers routine and the ads in the credits
Its more than $14 here for movies... this is a movie you have to watch a bunch of times to really appreciate it. I enjoyed it the first time around.
