800$ a year for my 95 355. They will cover everything but the car repair. There is no company in Japan that will insure a Ferrari. They say if I smash it I have to pay for the repair to my car but they will pay the other persons. What happends if I hit another ferrari? Go figure. Japanese in Japan are backwards anyway

There's a huge difference in the cost to insure a 308 and a 430, for the reasons many have stated above. Primarily, it's the value of the car. Also, a brand new car is likely to be driven more than a 20+ year-old car. I would bet that the cost to insure a 288 GTO is WAY more than a 308, just because of the value.

Funny, I called my State Farm agent and he said I've got the best rate available and that's almost exactly twice as much and the lowest milage limit available in CA, is 7500:(

    260.00 USD a year with Hagerty for a '78 308 GTS,
35k agreed value/full coverage, no deductable
Hagerty was less concerned with the mileage and more concerned with the type of driving I would be doing so,
Use is limited to club drives (under 500 miles per drive/weekend),
    Shows,
    General automotive events/drives/shows
    and "maintenance" drives.
The car is to be parked in secure facility at night when not in use.

I've been able to attend most of the extended club activities and still stay within the requirements.

My age, driving record and, from what I have heard, credit score, has a lot to do with the rate.

    Under $200/year for 1980 308 GTBi w/ State Farm

Recently raised the 'agreed value' from $28k to $30k and the 6 month premium shot up from $93 to $96.

No mileage stipulation except 'non-commute', $250 collision deductible, $50 comp ded, multiple car discount, zero point driving record for 50+ years and separate liability blanket, small town helps, too.

My BIG expenses are FCA + AAA

92 348 TS, 37 Y.O. $780/yr w/State Farm, no mileage restriction, full coverage, 3rd car, no accidents, no tickets and no points. Also receive discount for multi-line (have house, life, etc. with them); rate is for metro San Diego area. Cheaper to insure than my Toyota FJ Cruiser for reasons that are beyond my comprehension.

On a '72 Daytona, stated value $150K, full coverage, I pay about $430 a year with State Farm.

However, the car is way undervalued at this level. But State Farm will not insure for more without a formal appraisal by one of their approved appraisers. Also a 2500 mile limit per year on mileage.

Have quotes from Hagerty and another company that were in the $700 - $800 range for stated value of $225,000 and mileage of 5000/year as I remember.

Since car is down for engine rebuild have not pursued higher valuation or change of insurance venue.

Just changed over to AAA. 184.00 every 6 mo. 70k agreed value on the TR. Full coverage no limit milage and 500.00 deductable. Securerd parking. Also changed over 3 other vehicles and house ins to them. Perhaps thats why so cheap. Perhaps its my age and good driving record. Dunno. Maybe they saw my avatar pix and felt sorry for me....or my wife.

Insurance on my 1980 308 GTSi is so incredibly cheap with Hagerty..... As long as I have another car, I qualify.... It is about $300 per year. That's all.

I live in MASS, Car-Theft and rear-end-collision capital of the world. 35 yrs old, not-the-cleanest record (my last ticket was over four years ago, however, and I did relocate recently), 84 308 QV with full coverage runs me $1,400 from MetLife. I have a discount from my company, second-car discount, blah-blah-blah.
