    Going back to Xtreme at 7:30 Tuesday night.

    Last week we got to run the track in reverse and it was a blast. Of course a few of us had a slight advantage since we ran the 2nd half of the 12 hr endurance race that direction. I may (as I often do) get there a bit early and run a session or 2 before the race.

    Gaby is sick so I have to give her some of my body heat to get the fever down. Yep, its a tough job but I will have to do it :)
