Was the 550 ever offered with the Fiorano handling package? This 2000 year 550 is mentioned as having it in the ads, but I thought the FHP was only available on 575M's and later
    True?

Thanks, but how could you tell?
The ads didn't state it and I can't view the shocks...

You can tell its a euro from the VIN.

The 8th place is a B, indicating Euro Market. An A indicates US Market.

Not crazy about a place advertising a Euro with no mention of that fact.

I would have, lighter, faster, no-precats, how Ferrari intended the car to be.. :)

Ok I'm biased, But I love my Euro over my U.S. spec 550

I can't remember the wording (a problem with getting old) and I don't have a lift to look. I had a post awhile ago with the exact words but it is something like "Ferrari Racing Fiorano" IIRC it's on the lower portion, of the inside of the shock.

I love Euro Spec's too, I just think a seller should mention the fact as other things need to be looked at like EPA/DOT release, who did Federalization, etc...

Standard shocks say "Base" hand written with a marking pen on the shock body below the spring.

    It is Italian for "standard".

Base, or Baso also means lower or underside or bottom etc.
