What an incredible looking and performing car, Ferrari is truly at the top of their game. One car after another is just so perfect in all respects.
Yesterday, I talked to Michael, and he confirmed me it's a rocket, a huge improvement over the CS ... Mine is already been ordered for a long time, and will be delivered at the end of this year (normally) and will be the first one in Belgium ... can't wait !
For a car that is all about the driving experience. When I think about what a huge leap forward the 430 was from the 360 -- and now how much better my 599 is than my 575 was, I cannot imagine how good this car is going to be. With that power to weight ratio? With 60ms shifts? I'm already blown away by the F1-S in the 599. For me, the technical improvements Ferrari has made over the past ten or so years to the experience of driving one of their cars fast (and well) is simply mind-blowing. And if this car is to the 430 what the 360cs was to the 360...? Well, you can argue about its looks all day. I will be out there with my a$$ in the seat and a huge grin on my face.
I sneezed into my hand once, and the snot looked like the design for the Alfa 8C, but you don't hear me trying to take credit for it.
if you are gonna go that route, then where do you think he got his ideas from? The P4 maybe?? So wouldn't that mean none of those "ideas" were truly original? PF merely recreated a classic design. And no, PF does not stand for Jim Glickenhaus.
Dealer called last week and said "If you want one it will be $250K-$260K list price, we will be selling around $100K over sticker". A few other stipulations to be on the "order list". This dealer said they are getting 8 of them.
so will these even make it to North America?--i.e with that seat / NHTSA issue in the US that is supposed to stop F430 importation shortly...
here's a couple of examples... Blackjack, cool idea with the italian version of the new stripe. Very nice. GT Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Maybe except the color of the wheels, i like absolutely everything about this car. The new bumper, the rear, the exaust, the steering wheels, the gauges... EVERYTHING!
Well, for what's it worth, the sales manager of the only factory owned dealership in the U.S. (Ferrari of San Francisco) still does not know if it's coming here. You could be right, but it's not official yet. Gary
is that number confirmed? or a guess? 8 seems to be alot. How many CSs did your dealer get? And the dealer told you they will sell at $100k over? to their customers? or is that their guess to what the market will be?
