Top marks to Hollies for the service I recieved from them this week. I had a problem a while back when the slow down light came on my Strad prior to going to Europe, it went in and was checked over, nothing found untoward so it came back to me. Anyways, it came back on again last Friday, and I had the trackday booked at Brands this Wednesday. Rang Steve Palmer at Hollies sat, car was collected Monday, diagnosed, (cat sensor or summat), parts ordered, fixed Tuesday and back to me Tuesday PM in time for the trackday, they also squeezed in a quick oil change at my request. Now THAT is good service, AND I havent even had to pay Steve yet..."sort it out when I see you" were his words. The level of personal service is over and above what I would normally expect. I did have a little grumble that I though it was the same problem before and should have been rectified first time round, but Steve explained that there had been a shift of staff recently and he now has two new guys, who are very very experienced in everything Ferrari, who have replaced the two who used to work on my car (who missed the fault last time!) They did, but in a weird way its helped Steve I think because he was then able to employ a guy who he had wanted for a while, ex main dealer fella who has spent the last couple of years out in Dubai looking after Enzo's and F40's.I know they now have a good spread of experience within their garage now, Steve would have to give exactly the details, but I'm happy for Hollies to look after The Best Strad in the Country, so nuff said for me. As I said the slow down fault wasnt found the last time my car went in, this time it was, and bloody quickly too. Speaks for itself doesnt it?
hey hazy are you skint all the bulling up of a garage are you using your mod position on here to your advantage for a bit of discount cos if it was anybody else this thread would of been removed
Mate, isnt the point of this place to let other guys know who gives the best service/prices etc??? I did the same thing for Paintsheild when I came back from Europe without a SINGLE blemish on the car. I neither ask for, nor get special prices from either of these guys, but I always feel I get VFM. What I DO get normally is excellent service....can you see a main dealer booking my car in Sat, collecting it Monday on a truck and returning it repaired on a truck on Tuesday?? No. nor me...
sorry mate wrong site it was cs that removed my car pictures when i had it swissol treatment and posted about it they removed it as they had a polish sponser and found it unfair that i was satisfied with a job that a NON sponser had done
