.... for you to think to yourself " Wow, that was a really good experience! " This can be night out at dinner, a hotel stay, or a dealership experience. For me, because I am in the " service industry " working with and around what I consider high profile and high expectations on a daily basis, I find myself expecting some of the same things that are expected of me. When I go into a business, I want to be at least acknowledged either by a nod or smile, maybe even a "hello how are you... " When you walk into a Ritz and they know your name... even though it may be your first time in .. that feels good. When I am talked to not talked at, thats another positive thing for me no matter what the enviroment I am in. Another Friday night ramble.... Steve
