Well I'm in the process of moving to Victoria right now, and although there are no Enzos here, it's clear, blue and sunny today and about +7 or 8, so for the time being I'm content! Haha. Plus, I see this hot young girl driving a Maserati around town almost every day, and spotted an F430 Spider and a couble AMV8's. So it's not all bad on the coast.

Well, it has crossed my mind more than once.

 

They probably mean that the car has delivery miles. It's impossible to be exactly "0" as all Ferrari's get test driven before getting shipped out. And yes it's common to have such low KM cars. People just collect them and stick them in some collection.
