1 - Is it possible? and 2 - would anyone do it? I can see many advantages, a 612 for around 50-60k and it has a Ferrari engine
456 - L 4763 W 1920 H 1300 612 - L 4902 W 1955 H 1343 Just done som research and answered my own questions, as you can see the dimensions dont really add up!
Its just too different in dimensions. Not forgetting the wheelbase on the 612 is exceptionally long as the front wheels sit in front of the engine. I love the 612, but the 456 is one of the most beautiful 2+2 ever made of any manufacturer (if not the best), so why attempt to change it.
I have now mate. Looks beautiful and great value, but I see its sold now. I waiting on details of one at the moment which sounds like a great car. Hope it turns out to be as good now.
