oh now that's low matthew, that's low. but you already said you were gonna get a license plate that said YOU were his b1tch hahahaha.
White 308 or 328 (it was by me before I saw it) on 385 in the Fountain Inn area heading towards Greenville. Also saw a Orange Elise on Woodruff Road the other day (maybe not a Ferrari, but still a fairly rare site around here).
June 12, 2008 Around 8pm Saw a yellow Ultima GTR on Gilead Rd in front of the Huntersville Business Park. It had some Ultima GTR decals on it as well as a number like 838 or something close. www.ultimacars.com Looks like this is a street legal car. Pretty awesome. There was a Charlotte cop behind me, and he almost broke his neck looking to see what this car was as it went by. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Last week when i was at a Big Honda Car meet in Charlotte NC on Independence Blvd I noticed a F430 Coupe drive by with a beautiful Grigio Alloy Color. I have never seen that color until that day.
grigio silverstone F430 coupe on Woodruff road last night. Noticed it had the beautiful bordeaux interior.
Sounds better now I have deleted the secondary cats and replaced the muffler with a LOC system. Can't seem to find the icon with fingers in ears
Well I know this isnt in NC but its only 50 miles away from the NC border. I was in Kingsport Tn heading over to see a friend of mine that owns a Delorean to see if he had it fixed up yet. On my way to his house i noticed a Bridgestone truck parked at a Tire Store and when i pulled in I noticed a Ferrari F1 Car. At first I thought it was a Kit car but after talking to them I noticed it was a 2000 Ferrari F1. Great bunch of guys to talk to and I think they said they where from Indianapolis IN. Here is the pic of the car.... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wow Bruce, I'd say that trounces about every car in this thread. Nice find. Did they say if it was a test car or a chassis that was raced in the 2000 season? Schumacher or Barrichello?
great find but i am a little confused. it does look like the F1 2000 chassis but why is it branded like the F2007/2008 editions. if it were an original car, i doubt someone would devalue it by rebranding it. what does everyone else think??
Good eye. I figured something was off with the use of the "MUBADALA - ABU DHABI" decals, the F2007 was the first car to receive that. The middle of the front wing was white, whereas this car has a solid red front wing. I suppose the owner got a hold of this car (probably a F2000 test car) and used F2007 or F2008 livery.
Hi, I can't help but be curious and, shall we say, "questioning" of the recent spotting of a 2000 Ferrari F1 car in Kingsport, Tennessee. My family and I live in Greeneville, TN, which is about 30 to 45 minutes away from Kingsport. Although I know stranger things have happened, I'm wondering if it was genuine. Granted... I'm a fine one to speak (also living in the unlikely hills of east TN and having Ferraris)... but what are the odds? If anyone comes up with more concrete info about this F1 car that was spotted in Kingsport, TN, I'd be curious to learn more about its race history, why it features such strange livery, and where it's actually based. If it's indeed real, my apologies for being skeptical. All my best to everyone, P.B.
Here are some more pics that i took. Im not much of a F1 fan so I really don't know on the exact year the car is. From a close up on the Airduct behind where the driver is it has a sticker and has 07 on it. Here is a website i was looking at Comparing the decals on. http://www.seriouswheels.com/2007/2007-Ferrari-F2007-Front-Angle-Right-1280x960.htm. http://www.seriouswheels.com/2007/2007-Ferrari-F2007-Front-Angle-Left-1280x960.htm. Maybe I can call Bridgestone tommorrow on the stats of the car. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
bout 3 years ago they had the same one downtown in greenville at a bridgestone tire shop too. cool to take a look at one up close and personal
I'm convinced that Bruce is fabricating the whole story. I've met this Bruce character, and he's a bit shifty. I bet he knows how to use Photoshop. Last time I talked to him, he said he met Schumacher at a Circle K in Chester, SC. Schumi was buying a red slurpy.
Just talked to Bruce. He's on the road right now, so he can't post. He called Bridgestone for more info on the car. It is a replica, built on a 2000 Rowland chassis. It has 2007 markings, and is one of fifteen made at over $1 miilion each.
They had teh same car at the Canadian GP. The car is not a "replica." It is an exact vehicle built for show but without the engine in it.
