It isn't like what you're thinking, at least around here. Gangs don't inhabit tiny stamps of land surrounded by otherwise picturesque terrain. They exist in large, economically under-served neighborhoods where they can move around freely. The only thing that ever truly puts down gang activity in a neighborhood is gentrification. But most of these neighborhoods are on the periphery of the more desirable metropolitan centers, and investing on a turnaround will require lots of patience and lots of luck. These are the first areas to contract during hard times.

 

I need to figure out a concept of a life-sized roach trap for criminals. All that's needed is some cocaine or an AK-47 as bait.
