Any guesses??? (maybe 0409GT?) http://www.classicdriver.com/uk/find/4100_results.asp?sorderby=dtSubmitDate&fc=13&action=simple%5Fsearch&lmanufacturer=%2A&next=4100%5Fresults%2Easp&bsubmit=true&lmostrecent=200&lCarID=1773692
Ah, this was mentioned by our "3500 gt" (or so) friend....That post was obviously removed. ciao Oscar
Seriously interesTED people ? Or seriously interesTING people ? People that are interesting or people that are interested in the car? Marcel Massini
Original exterior color: Grigio Max Meyer LC 49 with Top Amaranto 15472 (Max Meyer Grey with deep red roof). Original interior color: Panno Grigio, Pelle Rosso 3171. Marcel Massini
And so ?? Do you think the car for sale is 0409GT or not ?? Signed : an interested interesting person...
May be just another 12 year old kid with a PC and keyboard that now tries to become a Ferrari broker.......... Marcel Massini
Paint looks like it could be original and somewhat unique interior/exterior colors are a match. 0409 sounds like a likely contender to me.
That would be funny wouldn't it? Unfortunately I believe not.. Maybe someone in the family of the owner who is very nervous about the economy and try to get the car out before prices drop too much...
cannot find it anywhere in the Internet, have tried hard, but this car seems to have been hiding for a little while. Also based on the state of paint and trim it does not seem the car has been restored, so it appears that the hypothesis of this car being out of sight for a while may be true...
"Original exterior color: Grigio Max Meyer LC 49 with Top Amaranto 15472 (Max Meyer Grey with deep red roof)." Max Meyer is (was?) a paint manufacturer not a 'colour' I'd guess.
Absolutely correct. Was a paint manufacturer. Now PPG Industries. The reason WHY I wrote the words/name "Max Meyer" in full rather than just "MM" is because many people don't know what "MM" stands for. Marcel Massini
It's not this car but one was for sale here : (same color combo) http://www.mariobernardi.de/mario-bernardi/english/cars-sold/ferrari/1955-250-europa-gt-detail/index.htm
