"A Ferrari-driving vice president" Why does the media always protray Ferraris in such a negative light?

so to get this straight... the illegal part was that he didnt pay taxes on the gains... not that he took the kickbacks.

he was doing anyhing that the independent contractors do.

    interesting.

    Wait - wire fraud?

What are they going after him for here exactly?

It doesn't yet sound like he actually broke the law. - maybe a civil issue with fry's but that's it.

It's time to start dragging these bastards out into the street and letting people have a go at them with machetes.

Wire fraud is the kind of catch-all they use to make items a federal crime. Wire or mail fraud. Very bullsh*t in a lot of ways

I don't know Omar, but I know a lot of people who do.
Not one of them has anything nice to say about him (except to his face).
It is interesting to see that the person who busted him turned him in to the IRS (according to the Murky News). Nothing says "I REALLY want to screw you" like calling the IRS on you.

He spent $165 million at the casinos. Doesn't that indicate that the authorities/Fry's have about another $100 million in fraud to find? He only made $250k a year. Perhaps he made better investements than I made and it is all his money, legally gained.
