I think you have a real problem on your hands. I drew a blank looking for Ferrari dealers in your area. Other than a compression test and leak-down test, the inspection looks very closely as items like brakes, any damage, oil leaks, cooling system leaks, interior condition and if all the switches and gages work as they should. They look at more, but you get the idea. What kind of car are you looking to have a ppi on? Perhaps some of us on F-Chat can give you insight on what to look for and with a local shop to put it up on a rack, you can make a reasonable decision. Just remember that maintenance records are very important and a ppi isn't going to guarantee no repair bills after you purchase the car.
