    I just finished the 30K service on my 1994 512TR (lots o fun) but I can't locate a source for the 35mm copper sealing washers. I've read the archives about heating the old ones, but does anyone have a source for new washers?

    Same experience here -- the 35 mm ID x 42 mm OD Cu sealing washer isn't one of the standard DIN 7603A sizes so have never found from a non-F source (I buy from T. Rutlands).

    Global metrics where I live in Belmont, CA carries:

    1. 33x39 mm copper washers for a buck a piece
    2. 36x42 mm crush washer for $0.79 a piece.
