OK, I should've known when the buyer never sent the check he said he was going to send, and then (after agreeing to a price) wanted another $1500 off because I don't have the tool kit (never had it). His last contact was he was "going to the bank to wire the money"...but (shock!) never did, so the car's for sale again. I can e-mail pics out the wazoo, but to reiterate, here's the straight dope: The console has some 'gummy-itis' (which I was going to fix but instead discounted to previous "buyer"), I just had them bring the powertop up to snuff (which had lost its oomph due to lack of use), and there is some minor curb rash on a couple of the wheels, which I have discounted for. And no, I don't have the tool kit. Otherwise, aesthetically and mechanically, the car is in great shape, has skid plates for the worrisome, and one kick-azz stereo w/ amp/equalizer/remote CD changer and in-dash MP3 (that whoops on the one in the F430 I just bought). I had a few calls after I'd reached a deal with the previous guy which I plan on getting back to now, but in case there are any other lurkers out there, here's the post. Ask anything you'd like, but please don't waste my time or get hinky with me.
How much ya asking pahig? Am 6 months into my year long education on these cars (told myself to wait a year and get educated on them) but it never hurts to see what is available. You can send me a pm if you want.
