Just awful? Salt is a great preservative & has been use for many centuries before McDonalds ever existed. These foods might not be great for you in large quantities, but they could probably be included as a small part of a very healthy diet.

That said? I don't think I've eaten from McD's in over a decade & don't partake in a whole lot of fast food...

Oh wow, , Maybe if you eat plenty of preservatives you won't grow old. Or your body won't rot after you die. Just kidding of course. Ever see the flick, Super Size Me. Opens eyes for sure. I don't eat much McDonalds. A steady diet of that is fatal.

Combine that with dehydration from cooking, and that's exactly what's happened here. She shows a sliced up, raw potato and compares that to a deep-fried, salted french fry? Of course the raw potato is going to rot and the fry's not. What's her point about the beef patty? Is she claiming Mickey D's adds preservatives to their beef patties? Why would they? The bottom line is that she has no point. No one's going to tell you that a McDonald's cheeseburger and fries are health food, so announcing that to the world isn't going to get you any views on YouTube. 4-year old Happy Meal? Now, that'll land you some views.
