Well since I started this I guess I can end it. "Colorful debate" can be fun as long as you understand we are all friends when the game ends. The LSU/Ole Miss game is history to be rehashed when they meet next year. Although I am a born Alabama fan I must admit I'm a little worried about Florida next week. And I am a long term Saints fan but NE has a history of always having their best team on the field every week. Its going to be an interesting week.
For the first time I am glad that a football season is over, I don't know if I could have taken any more of this. There was a lot of luck this year for LSU. I'd heard a comment earlier today that if in each game they had missed one lucky play it would have been a 3-9 season and not the other way around. I fear for next year.
My fear being that they are less and less lucky each year and next year could be ugly with only slightly less luck. However I think you and I are on the same page ultimately about the teams leadership.
