Remove the screw from the back and the it should simply open with no force.

Go to Staples and buy a 12 volt auto remote alarm battery. I believe it is a C23.
It is the only small 12v battery and simply replace it.

Manual says to replace them every 6 months.

David- Nick is 100% correct. I just picked up some Duracell batteries for my alarm remotes and the package is marked 21/23. In the fine print it says "12V MN21/A23". They look like 2/3 length AA batteries.

Ray- Moving the antenna is a great idea and it works. Some misinformation in the thread. There is no worry about someone receiving and copying your signal because the remotes have a rolling code like a garage door opener to prevent that from happening.

US/Canadian remotes for 360s (and other models through the 575 SA) are 315 Mhz to prevent interfering with TPMS systems, which are 433 Mhz in the US 575 series. Here is a list of frequencies from the parts catalog.

    Note 1
Countries with a frequency of 433 MHz:
Italy, Denmark, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Germany (with specific complete ECU kit), Switzerland (with

    Note 2
Countries with a frequency of 315 MHZ:
USA, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Japan, Singapore, Australia.
