Thanks I wanted to make this one for a long time, my daughter is finally old enough to stand still in the desired pose. Took about 2 till 3 hours in photoshop to merge the two photo's together to get this result.
Great composition and exposure, though I would have composed the photo a bit more to the right! In other words, show less of the tree and more of the building on the left side. Just some hints of the branches on the left would have been sufficient. The main concept of the pic was the Capitol, keep that in mind.
Thanks for the input. My interest (in this version) is currently captured by the artifacts that compression/shrinking the file created. As for the tree/capitol ratio, agreed - though I have more than a couple of the building itself!
Stopped by the porsche dealership today saw the panamera doesnt look half bad snapped a few quick pics from the car thought this one was the best... Image Unavailable, Please Login

I can't promise snow, but if you're ever in town, stop by and we'll see what we can do about getting you up-close.

a light fixture in our kitchen, pic taken from underneath it, playing with exposure and shutter speed to get just a hint of the light
Nice.........you have an eye for the unusual aspects of photography; keep it up. Originality is what buyers want to see.
First white Christmas in Dallas since 1926, and my dad remembers that one. Few random shots from around the house, and the final pic is a screenshot of a buddy over at the SMU/Nevada Aloha Bowl in Hawaii. First Bowl game in 25 years since the "Death Penalty", and a big win.
