My scanners playing up plus I've got to find it(I have boxes and boxes of mags), I will try and find it & do it today
Apologies if this is a repost, but I just received these pics and text via email: Ferrari Motorcycle Packed with a modified engine from a Ferrari Enzo, hand controls from a F-16 fighter jet and buttons from a Formula 1 race car. The designer, Amir Glinik, when asked about it, is quoted as saying, "As far as how fast it goes and how much the bike would cost, we can only speculate about very big numbers in both cases." FWIW, in the 1930s, the Scuderia Ferrari ran a team of Rudge and Norton motorcycles in events throughout Italy.
Looks to me like another hopeful designer's concept. I don't think it's got anything with the Marque.
Forgive my utter lack of knowledge about bikes...but why does your bike sit forward with the rear tire completely off the ground when parked in that holder? Is there an advantage to storing it angled forward? Just curious. PS...pretty garage you got there!
From Wikipedia: Fabio Taglioni used the cavallino rampante on his Ducati motorbikes, as Taglioni was born at Lugo di Romagna like Baracca, and his father too was a military pilot during WWI (although not part of Baracca's squadron, as is sometimes mistakenly reported). As Ferrari's fame grew, Ducati abandoned the horse- perhaps the result of a private agreement between the two companies.
Not an Enzo engine, one half of a V8, it appears to me, a buddy sent that to me two years ago, let me find the rest....
Full race track bikes lack side stands (kickstands) so a rack is required to set them down and for repairs.
