Hi all Had the immense pleasure of visiting the Ferrari factory Friday, and while in the final assembly area, I happened to see a bianco fuji 458 with black interior , but what was intriguing was that it had Alonso and his logo embroidered on the headrests, his car possibly ?
Wow! Do they give the F-1 drivers a car for free? Or is it a loaner car? After winning a bunch of champoinships, Schum got a black FXX. But by then he could afford to buy a fleet of them.
Yes F1 drivers get a 'free' car from Ferrari. Massa has 2 Scuderia's, one in europe (IIRC its on Monaco plates) and one back in brazil. Kimi has (had?) a Scuderia too...He bought an Enzo himself. Schumacher had had quite a few, he started with a 550 Maranello I believe, and had a few of them (including a black one), still has the FXX and presumably the Enzo, 599 and Scuderia.
I am planning a summer trip to Europe How does one go about getting a factory tour ?? Is the VIP passport /birth book an entry ticket ?? any help appreciated !!!
a. Call your dealer where you bought your car. b. Tell them you would like to schedule a factory tour c. They will call FNA and get a couple dates from which you may choose d. The VIN for the Ferrari you own must match your Name, Registration & Driver's License. e. You are permitted one guest (must not be under 16 years old). Have fun!
ferrari should give some poor b....... a free new ferrari. they should make the F1 drivers pay full price for them. they have enough money any way.
