I have been searching for my first Ferrari for several months now. I have been a die hard BMW M fan since 96 but it is time to move on and I have decided that a Ferrari is the way to go. My question is where do I find a 355 that I can call my own. I have searched auto trader, E Bay and frankly am scared to put down this large amount of money sight unseen. I have negotiated for several cars and one the PPI found major issues and the second just does not feel right. I live in South Louisiana and I have not found anything within 500 miles. I want a nice car that will not need to be completly redone and it must be a standard, with either a Targa or a hard top. Where do I go?

    +1.

    Check Ferrariads too.

I'm sure you might be able to find something in there.

    Good luck on your search!

Bought my 355 sight unseen from 1500 miles away. Get a good PPI and you'll be fine.

This is an exciting time for you!!!!!

What do you want. GTB, GTS, Spider? F1, Stick?

If it's an F1 GTB, here is your new car...

All depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking at 348s you will be disapponted from a performance perspective as compared to late model BMW M cars. These cars don't shift like a BMW. They do, however, turn heads and are cool to drive. I got mine though Autotrader (went to look at it). There is another red one at Mitchellclassics.com that is reasonably priced, but it will need a major service on it. It is in Montgomery Alabama. If you are willing to throw some cash at a car I would get a 360.
