    As promised ... I'm not the best photographer in the world (plenty of good ones here on this board ;) Christian, Artho ...) but I wanted to share these with you to get an idea.

    These pictures don't really do the car justice because the detailer did one hell of a job and the rims are a feats for the eye ;)

    Well, I'm very happy with the end result and I guess that is the only thing that matters :D

    Congrat's M. Gives your GTO a whole new look and it really compliments the car! Looking forward to seeing them on mine in the near future.

    Think I have another 3 weeks before I get mine - really looking forward to it

    Somehow I imagine that the car is going to be used all the time and the 458 is going to start getting dusty

    The factory has given me a finish date of Oct.14th. But they had already started building her in the last week of August. So the finish date may end up being a week to 10 days earlier.I was told that within the system building its GTO orders has become a high priority. At the same time I've been offered the option of having her flown over for an extra 5K. Depending on what I decide to do. I figure one month to possibly two months at the latest. The first of four cars being delivered in Illinois has just arrived. The second is in transit on the boat. While mine and possibly the fourth is being built as we speak. Your right M. The wait is killing me! I just hope my GTO comes out looking as stunning as yours.

    The 458 Italia is a great car. Drove it about two weeks ago and I was very impressed with it but I have to admit, the GTO is such a different (much better imo) experience.

    No that's not the case, your GTO just shows me why I must finish my education and work my @ss off. I love working hard, but buying a GTO in 10 years time and drive even harder than I work is my dream ;)

    Wonder if the center-lock FXX wheels would be easy to fit to the GTO? I note the newest Porsche GT2 and GT3 high end models come with center locks so wonder how long it will take Ferrari to start putting them on street cars besides the supercars like the Enzo? Center locks look great on just about anything.

    Those rims really do make a huge difference in the menacing appeal of the GTO.

    What ave you done with the original set of rims? Do you returned to dealer?
    I ask you this, because when I ordered my Gto with another set of rims to use in Trackdays. I collected my car from Maranello in June and I am still wayting for the other set.

    But are the red seatbelts standard equipment?
