Gonna be a good game. What's everyone doing/fixing? I'm trying out a recipe I found for Cincinnati Skyline chili.
mmmm, my wife has a good one she found. just need the graeter's to go with it. off to friends house to watch, go bears 28-17 bears
Normally I would be singing this at a futball game, but for the Bears I'll make an exception [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fikogrlhEgE&feature=player_embedded[/ame]
If this first qtr is any indication of how the Bears are going to play.......Green Bay is going to win and easily I might add.
This game may have been much different with Hanie in from the start. Go to go with the Packers in the SB. They played well.
Seems Cutler has lost a friend or two? http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/Cutler-s-NFL-contemporaries-go-after-him-on-Twit?urn=nfl-311321
I have a guy in my office that is a diehard Steelers fan, so I'll have to be a Packers fan for 2 weeks. This should be fun!
so that went well... collins who? cutler needs a new PR firm that may not even be able to save him... calls for coaches being whacked seem prevalent as well. should be an interest post season. ugh.
Any word on what Cutler's "official" injury was yet? Was a good game, but then again I'm a little biased due to my cheeseheadedness, just couldn't believe Cutler made no attempt to come back, meanwhile our guy stays in after a nasty blow from Peppers.
"Jay Cutler's exit from the NFC championship game Sunday garnered the quarterback a lot of criticism -- from fans, from the media (including us) and even from Cutler's peers. With details about his knee injury vague, most chose to label Cutler a quitter. But according to a report, Cutler's injury is legitimate: an MCL tear. Doctors are reportedly determining the severity of the tear after Cutler underwent an MRI Monday morning. The injury could cost Cutler anywhere from two to six weeks. Surgery isn't necessarily required, depending on the extent of the injury. Cutler injured his knee in the second quarter. He returned in the third to test the knee out, but exited for good quickly thereafter. Todd Collins and Caleb Hanie finished the game for the Bears, while sideline cameras often caught a dejected Cutler sitting by his lonesome. A report said Cutler was visibly shaken by the criticism of other players when told about it after the game. "
