I don't know about cars and coffee or haus of pizza. I do enjoy all of the above. Thank you! Jim has first right of refusal to buy it back if I ever sell it. It may find its way back to Indiana one day... MAYBE! I suppose this is the case now. I guess I am still in denial. Obviously, I will be reaching out to you for advice. (check your email)
