Spent last weekend in Vancouver, BC....it is hard to compare, you see Ferraris and Maseratis everywhere up there and all sorts of other exotics....430s, 458s, 456, QPs, Aston Martins, Gallardos, Bentley's...I just don't see that concentration in Seattle...

That's because Seattle has become very unfriendly to exotics. Try leaving one parked anywhere for any length of time. The roads are also terrible so it's just not worth the miles to drive there. Too many other better choices these days.

This is true. In the last 6 years of working downtown this is the first Ferrari I have seen that wasen't either 1) mine or 2) a FoS demo car.

The roads suck, the people are sketchy and parking is generally tight, expensive and hard to find. I only park in my office garage when bringing the 355 in and it is expensive but the spaces are wide and the security is tight.

Plus if you park on the street at a "metered" or "pay for time" space the City of Seattle Meter Maids will write cars without a front plate a ticket. The last time I parked a Lambo at a metered space in Seattle, I got a ticket. I fought it and won, but what a complete waste of time.

Wow, that is overboard. When I lived downtown I accidentally forgot to move my car from the night before and ended up leaving it in a pay from 8am-6pm area all day (not the 355). Along with the 3 parking tickets I recieved I also recieved a no front plate ticket. I researched it and for a meter maid in seattle the no front plate violation is a secondary offense, meaning they can only write that if you are illegally parked (which I was at the time).

Vancouver is insane now, I can be sitting on my patio and see 5 to 10 ferraris go by in an hour

Last night at 8:30 I saw a rossa corsa F430 (maybe a 360 as I didn't get a good look) going north on I5 near Marysville. Rare sighting that north.

328 GTS with the top down heading west on 124th towards the Juanita area around 7:30pm yesterday.

Also a dark (gray?) colored 430 (at least I think it was a 430, I was paying more attention to the traffic and pedestrians) parked curbside in downtown Kirkland near the waterfront around 7:15pm yesterday.

Hi Jeff, that was me in the 328. It was nice seeing your car and the familiar sound of that horn.

Thanks, If I recall we were going to try and get together and swap DIY stories. I just completed a major service on the car and it's running better than ever. I'm in the process of editing my photos and hope to prepare a write up of the adventure. Work priorities will likely keep me from completing this task before July but I'll be sure to pass this on when it is done. In the meantime, lets try to get together for a drive some time.

Yesterday afternoon I saw a Black BMW Z8 Alpina parked near a white Skyline at Edmonds Park.

Did a bill pass recently allowing Skylines into the US without strict rules? I've seen a lot of them lately. Mostly the same model.

This morning driving through my hood to work I saw a blue Ferrari Daytona, a dark blue Aston Martin DB9 and a white with black roofed Ferrari 458. Good way to start the morning!

Fisker Karma at 8:20am on 6th and Pike in downtown seattle this morning. I had to do a triple take because I almost didn't believe what I saw.

Were any of my 355 brothers over in Wenatchee on June 10th? My dad spotted a rosso corsa one parked in the downtown area that day and texted me about it.

It's too bad he wasn't in his 328 or the Ferrari club in Wenatchee could have had a nice gathering. ;)

I'm guessing the Z-8 belongs to the previous owner of BMW Seattle, His is white with red interior and he lives in Edmonds and has a nice collection of vintage BMW's.

I saw a grey F430 stuck in traffic on Bellevue way on 6/20 and a nice lambo on NE 4th on 6/22 - couldn't quite make out all the lambo details in the rain / traffic - but at least he was driving
